Guys this app is worth Rs. 620 so do leave a comment...
Since its a pirated app so as soon as it communicates with its server through your data connection, it recognises that the installed app is pirated n disables itself.... only workaround is to disable your data connection while using it.
Root users can restrict its access to use data connection

Furthermore if you install any other launcher after this, you wont be able to see SPB Shell when you press the home button.... So to get it back you need to reinstall it from the downloaded apk file...

Rooting refers to gaining access to the "root" user on the phone..

Follow The Steps as given:

  

1. Download z4root.1.3.0.apk
2. Connect your phone to your PC via USB, turn on USB Storage and paste this file in the Downloads folder on the Removable Drive of your phone (for uber n00bs, advanced users may feel free to shove it anywhere)
3. Now after the file has been copied, Turn off USB Storage from your phone, wait for SD card to be ready and then unplug the USB Cable from the phone.
4. Press the central launcher button and scroll to OI File Manager (or any other file manager you have) and open the downloads folder.
5. Touch the z4root.1.3.0.apk file and install it. 
6. After installing, goto the app drawer and click on the z4root icon
7. Select Permanent root
8. It'll ask you to enable USB debugging, enable it.
9. Confirm your action by touching OK
10. The screen will stop and will go white for sometime (around 30 seconds) and then reboot
11. Once rebooted, touch the central app launcher button and scroll down to the downloaded apps and click on z4root icon. 
12. If it shows the option to Re-root or Un-root, congratulations!You can now go around with your rooted optimus one n explore the new abilities of your device.....

Optimus One Firmware Upgrade to V10e

Hey Guys new firmware upgrade has been pushed with V10e...Its nice to see that Lg is pretty active regarding its mid range handsets.... but unfortunately its not the much awaited Gingerbread update....This update doesnt bring any new features but might fix the errors associated with the unmounting of sd card n security threats....You also wont be able to one click root your phone after the update.....
